Pearl Peptides charges for the care, consultation, planning, and access we provide. Because much of the value is delivered through professional time and review, some fees are non-refundable once services have begun. This policy describes when refunds and cancellations may apply.
2. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees reserve dedicated time with the care team and cover the associated review. Fees are presented before payment is confirmed. Once a consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, please provide as much notice as possible:
- 24 hours or more before the appointment — you may reschedule at no additional charge, or request a refund of the consultation fee where eligible.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment — the fee may be retained to cover the reserved time, though one courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
4. Missed Appointments
If you do not attend a scheduled consultation without notice, the appointment is considered missed and the associated fee is generally non-refundable. Please contact support if exceptional circumstances apply.
5. Membership Cancellation
Memberships may be cancelled in writing at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and benefits from the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, amounts already paid for the current period are generally not refunded, and access continues until the period ends.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered where:
- A consultation was cancelled within the eligible notice window.
- A duplicate or clearly incorrect charge was made.
- A scheduled service could not be provided by Pearl Peptides.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable: completed consultations, services already delivered, professional review time that has been performed, and the portion of a membership period that has already been used.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact our support team through the options provided on the platform. Please include your account email, the relevant date, and a brief description of the request so we can review it promptly.
9. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear after the refund is issued.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
