4. Accounts & Registration

5. Consultations & Review Process

Access to certain services and the client portal follows a defined process: account creation, completion of the health intake, a private consultation, waiver completion, and review. Approval is at the discretion of the care team and is not guaranteed. Scheduling availability may vary.

6. Member Portal & Approved Access

The approved client portal and any related ordering options become available only after the review process is complete and access has been granted. Access is personal to you, non-transferable, and may be modified or revoked where required for compliance, safety, or policy reasons.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account or portal access to others.
• Attempt to bypass the consultation, waiver, or approval process.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

8. Fees & Payments

Consultation fees, membership pricing, and related charges are presented before you confirm a purchase. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors. Fees are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Pearl Peptides name, branding, website, content, and materials are owned by or licensed to Pearl Peptides and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written permission.

We do not make claims that any product or service will treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any disease or condition, and we do not promise specific results.
